We have a variety of shifts and roles available, but none of them are bad because they all are around delicious desserts the whole time.
Day Before Prep: We need help prepping the Dessert Room, pre-labeling containers, cutting desserts, and tidying up
Cut & Package: Cut desserts, put them in the proper labeled containers, and help determine where they need to go.
Runners: Deliver the desserts to our food serving lines in the Dining Room and Garage, take inventory at each location, and communicate needs back to the Dessert Room.
Closers: Help with remaining cutting and packaging for the night, organize desserts for the next night, and tidying up for the evening.
